Staffs and Location are great, right after Subway train station but has pub and restaurant on 1 floor. It will be perfect if you don't mind any noise.

Great Location!! Close to Thipsamay and Jay ay Cuisine and MRT station right at the front door of the hotel! Bed was very hard though and room wasn't the cleanest.

I stay at The Park whenever I'm in Bangkok for the past 4 years at least with no complaints... But the last trip I'm getting annoyed with the Wi-Fi connection..

Everything was good. Good locations 50 sec walk to MRT... Service staff are friendly. But only the mattress was hard. Pillow too soft.

Nice and Convenient Budget Hotel

Checking In was a breeze and there was a PC for you to use 30mins daily at the reception floor. Room and Toilet was ok, the usual standard. Bed is a little too low but comfortable mattress. Wifi is good too. No Breakfast in this hotel and No room service too. There is a Pub just directly at the entrance (small entrance) of the Hotel. There is a Huay Kwang Night Market just around the corner and sells good street food and clothings and Massage Palour too. The Famous God Ganesha Shine is just a 2mins walk from the hotel entrance. Metro Station Huay Kwang is just below the Hotel. Conveniently to places like Rachada Night Train Market, only one station away ( Thai Cultural Station) and 5 stations away to the New Mixt Chatuchat Mall ( Chatuchat Park ), which is just behind the famous Chatuchat Weedend Market. Mixt Chatuchat Mall is Open Daily.

Regular stay whenever I’m back to bkk.. friendly front staff, housekeeping did a great job to ensure room is clean, neat to Ganesh shrine and night market is just round the corner

Amazingly lousy

I have never come across service worse than this.. The room power plug in 403 is not working and the only statement the counter staff gave me was "i dont know, i dont stay here". I book for 3 nights and i guessed i will have to survive without power plug...

Comfort & easy access

Usually drop by bkk every 1-2 month. Missed out for 3 months and happy to see some upgrading work done in the bedroom. As usual greet by friendly front counter staff, checking in over here is the best during my years in 🇹🇭. Always fast & swift. The location, food and MRT make it so much easy for my staying over here. The only advice, if you are light sleeper. The live band might keep you awake till wee morning.

hotel is just a stone throw away from Huai Kwang mrt which is very convenient.. but as many people mentioned, sound proofing isn't that good.. thankfully, i only encountered serious noise disturbance on my last night.. overall, i was satisfied with my stay.. the room was bigger than i expected.. and there is a 7-11 shop nearby at level 1 to get some snacks and drinks.. there isn't that many things going on nearby, so nothing much to do.. though there is a night market nearby, it does seem rather quiet and frequented more by locals than foreigners..

Noisy! Loud pub below. Everything else is good.

I couldn't believe that none of the reviews I read talked about the noise level. It was until 2+am! The loud music playing below at the pub. It was disturbing and I only get to sleep by 3.30am. I would not book this hotel in my next trip as I am traveling for business and I couldn't get a full rest. They should soundproof their rooms. Other than that, everything else is alright. Comfortable enough room and convenient location near the train station. Some dirty items not cleaned in the toilet.

Convenient Location

Very conveniently located near Huai Khwang night market area, near to the temple, salon, eateries, money changer and a chill out bar below hotel. Cheap and budget hotel stay. You don't need to tap a room card from the lift to get to the level of your room. Smoking rooms available too. Don't expect good service and maximum comfort during the stay as rooms are not sound proof.

Good Connectivity - Hotel

Decent hotel for a short stay. Good connectivity via the MRT. Not much touristy things to do nearby. Convenient bar/pub at the Hotel lobby. Local night market.

Little Gem next to the MRT and night food market.

First time staying here, didn't know what to expect. Location was great, as it was physically next to the MRT station and closeby to the night market. There is a cafe/pub downstairs but could not hear the noise from my room upstairs. The only thing it needs is a little morning cafe shop nearby so can have breakfast, only thing that is closeby is MacDonalds which was about 15mins walk. Superior Room sized was ok, big bed, nothing fantastic but was adequate for my short stay.

Different day encounters: Request for extra keycard - deposit of 200baht, Request for ice cube - 40baht, request for panadol - 40baht, request for 15 more minutes extension - 200baht Request to change room because the air con is not cold - not done. Shower head only have HOT water and COLD water. No in between. Rooms are noisy from the restaurant live band downstairs. Had requested for a room away from the noise, reception say no room when I had already indicated. No rooms for all 5nights when we are there? Request for bottled water because we do not have housekeeping that day. Reception doubt our words. Location is good. Other than that, all the others fail.

Room is clean and satisfied.. Modern looking.. There's live band at the hotel lobby till around 2-3am.. there will be noise during your stay.. if you tend to sleep early in the night.. food street stalls are 10-15mins walking distance.. hotel below has a restaurant.. MRT station Huai Khwang is just hotel door steps.. 7-11 convenient store is just 2mins walk on the left.. overall good and pleasant stay compared to its price.

Amizing place

Room was amazing. Noise from the pub below have so much change its not as noisy as before and the songs are so much more soozing
