- The fridge was too cold & everything that was put inside was frozen. - The toilet had no ventilation fan. - Curtains do not block out the bright light in the morning. - Mattress was too old and springs were not good, quite uncomfortable. - Got bitten by something in the room. - Random loud beeping sound twice (at 7:40am) - door bell? - Did not like the white lights in the room and toilet. - The room should have warm lights only. - Charging sockets were only on one side of the bed, very inconvenient to charge devices. - The aircon was very noisy and there were loud sounds coming from the vent (lived on the 18th floor). - Internet connection was not very stable.

The Hotel is kinda old even the furniture are quite old. The bed is quite hard too. We booked a room with the balcony in order to smoke, but it was not maintain at all. There were bird droppings everywhere. Dun expect too much from the TV. Its old and the images are not clear. However the room is consider clean and not dusty. Its big enough for my 2 boys to run around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wise not many options. Thankfully there is a Family mart next to the lobby and a massage place that is at reasonable price just across the street. Overall the stay is quite pleasant and n ok t much of a hiccup.

Convenient hotel to get around Bangkok- they have a tuk tuk that can take you to the Main Street where the train is so you are able to explore Bangkok without being stuck in a taxi in traffic. Hotel is clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly. I’ve stayed here twice and will probably only stay here if I’m ever in Bangkok as I’m comfortable in the area. Definitely recommended!

Unpleasant Check-Out
It's ashame I have to leave such an unpleasant review. Most of my stay was nice. The cleaning staff was so nice and so was the man who carried my bag. The breakfast was great. The apartment I stayed in was nice. BUT... The WiFi never worked. I had to ask them to fix it everyday, and it only worked for about 10 minutes per day. Which wasn't a big deal. The WORST part about this, was after a great stay for 6 nights, when I went to check out and get my security deposit back, the man said I never gave a security deposit. Which I did. It was 1000 Baht. And when I asked the man, he got really angry at me for asking him and yelled at me. Super unpleasant. I never leave reviews, but that guy made me feel so uncomfortable that its very necessary to bring that up.

Not Terrible, But Not Like The Pictures Either
Ok, so there is some tough love out there for this hotel. I totally get where they are coming from but also think it isn't totally fair so let me try to give an unbiased as possible viewpoint: The hotel is definitely old and run down, feeling more like something from a 70's movie rather than a modern 4-star hotel in Bangkok, the water pressure is a drizzle - runs cold and the air conditioning sounds like a tired bus. The hotel is full of Indians which, not judging, but may be a cultural shock for some... Overall however, I found the bed to be comfy and the sheets clean, slept like a baby and the staff were decent, not 4-star decent but not bad either. Honesty the worst part is the location. It is a 30 minute walk down a side-street from the train station but the road is very busy with delivery trucks coughing up diesel exhaust..not a pleasant walk at all...which means you need to use their once an hour shuttle service which is definitely sub-par. Most hotels, even budget ones, offer an on-demand shuttle service to the nearest station. I won't stay again but also won't hate on this place.

The Hotel is close to sky train, with a tuk tuk from the hotel to the sky train station, very useful for customers with large baggage. All the staff are so helpful, and polite. Great hotel to stay with, in your time in Bangkok.

The room is spacious and I like the master control panel besides the bed, however probably since I live at the older wing of the hotel, it’s a bit run down. Slippers and towel weren’t provided in the room for the 2 times I stayed in this hotel, although they will supply if you ask for it; it takes them quite a bit of time to deliver tho... Also I’d appreciate they replace the TV with newer model, I can literally see the pixels on the TV

Horrible air conditioning and customer service
The hotel looks much nicer in the pictures but when I reached there the rooms weren't that clean neither was it that comfortable. My major concern with the hotel was the AC. I was sweating sitting in my room. I called the front desk multiple times and they moved me to 5 different rooms but all rooms were same. Cherry on the top was that they don't understand English. So the experience gets even more daunting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try this hotel.

This is a typically old apartment hotel. You will find mini open kitchen there, with boiler, large refrigerator and microwave. The room is large with a sitting room, enough space for me and my friend to open the suitcases. All the furnitures are very clean. There is a huge wardrobe, however, the hangers are fixed, and it’d be better for you to bring your own flip flop. There is a bath tube but we didn’t use it for bathing, only shower gel and shampoo are provided, you may bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The only drawback is that the water flow is rather slow. It takes 15-20min walk to the nearest BTS Phrom Phong and MRT station. It is very nice that the hotel provides free shuttle to Phrom Phong every 30min and you can book a shuttle from BTS back to hotel, too.You can find a FamilyMart just opposite to the hotel. It takes 5min walk to the nearby BigC and Tesco, very close. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we checked out the hotel and were waiting for the garb, the staff helped us a lot because we set a wrong location. We really want to say thank you to him.

Central location. But cleanliness is so poor. I had booked 13 days in the hotel, my bed sheet didn’t even change until I complained the last day. Re-laundry, it is utterly unacceptable. I sent my clothes for laundry. The white collie become greyish white. My skirt was shrinking. There were 4 staffs knocked my door and asked me to get in change and showed them, how humiliating. And nothing Happened afterwards, I still paid my laundry fee even though my dress can’t wear it anymore

A Fake 4 star......more like 2 star. Old and run down with floor tiles peeled off. The first room offered had a broken window lock, and changed to second room to room without bathtub and facing the multi level carpark where every car beam shines into the room, then changed and stayed in the third room with choke wash basin. Breakfast has to cross the road to go to another building. Expedia should take it off from 4 star......as i felt duped.

Another great stay in President Park Hotel. The Hotel is close to the city centre, in a quite location. It is not far from the metro system, there is also a tuk tuk service from the hotel to metro station. The staff in the hotel are all very nice, at the reception desk I would like to thank Yoko, Anno, Best and Napat, for all there help and big smiles. The breakfast is a help yourself service with fresh cooked egg station. I would like to thank Aum and Kratae (Rabbit), again for there help and big smiles.

I have been President Park BKK guest for over 20 years. Some rooms are better than others. The degradation and dirtiness I found this time is unique, from flooring to bathroom to stained bed sheets. I inform the lobby about it, not even asking anything because I arrived in the evening and I had to leave at 5;30am so I had not time to change room. As answer I have got "you tell tomorrow to Housekeeping"!!!

So I booked this hotel based on the pictures, upon arrival they tried to stick me into their other hotel across the street which was nasty and dirty. Not to mention there was no refund available and I had to talk to the staff almost an hour to get into the hotel that I saw on the pictures. The hotel staff was very rude, and I felt it was because I wasn't of Asian decent.

Old run down not worth the money
I booked a Junior Suite so I could enjoy the extra room as I had a very busy schedule planed. To my surprise when I arrived I was booked into a room across the road in an old run down building. The room itself was not much more than an upgrade of a second rate guest house. Cupboard doors didn't close, ants infested the room and the floor tiles needed replacing. Breakfast was at best ordinary, and reception staff were mostly accomodating but one female staff member seemed to spend her time texting on her phone oblivious to any customers. When I booked the Hotel I made sure it had a swimming pool as cooling off after a long day in the Bangkok heat was a must. As there is no information at all in the room regarding the hotel facilities I rang reception to inquire which building the pool was located in and to my surprise I was told the pool was closed for maintenance. Something I should have been informed of when I made the booking. Do yourself a favour do not stay here, there are better value for money Hotels in the area.

enormous juinor suite & excellent staff
Within walking distance of BIG C (great shopping - just bought 2 pairs of shoes for THB 399 each) & good value restaurants - two of us ate for THB 248 at Tum Saap on the ground floor, Tesco Lotus Extra, McDonalds (open 24 hours). Near the toll way for an easy trip to the airport (under THB 300 by taxi). Free regular shuttles to the skytrain. Reception staff, doormen, bell boys and chambermaids - all very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants in less than 15 minutes by taxi. Hard wired LAN connection in rooms and also Wi-Fi in rooms and all public areas - good signal and connection speeds were fine. Full size fridge and microwave in room. The chambermaid even washes your dirty crockery and cutlery for you! We will be returning to Bangkok next week and there is no doubt as to where we will stay. Just going to book the President Park Hotel. The room service food is very good quality and good value - green chicken curry and rice just THB 236 for one person. We have tried the other hotels in the group but this is our favourite. We can't think of anything else to say, try it for yourself - you will not be disappointed! The size of the junior suite will knock you over.

Very good hotel, in quite area.
Great location, with bars, and restaurants close by. Rooms are large, and have everything you will need for your holiday in Bangkok. I would like to say a special thank you to Ying, and Best on reception. For all their help. Also Tawisa, for answering questions I had.
