Very convenient as close to BTS. Rooms are not up to the same standard as other novatels we stay at. Rooms look run down, along with internal building decor.

Property, was very dated in the rooms, Breakfast buffet didn't have a big selection of food, Hotel short staff at check in, took over an 1 hour to check in

Lovely hotel, truly 4 star, amazing facilities, love the gym, the pool could be bigger. But the rooms were great and customer service too. Can't complain, definitely recommend.

A bit run down for a novotel, amenities not working properly. Convenient area though. The rain shower had jets shooting all directions. Including over the divider such that the mirror and sink area were soaked too. The function to divert rainshower to handheld shower was jammed. The air conditioning was so warm I had to call for servicing. They came quickly and removed a black and dirty filter, washed it and replaced it (seems like the hotel does not have regulsr maintenance). Some stains on the carpet as well.

Decent hotel for the price and location
Good location next to BTS. Limited outlets for phone and laptop plugs. Shower design not good; water seeps to opening which makes floor of bathroom wet.

The hotel is too busy and you don’t get good services, the staff needs training.The hotel needs to update towels they black some had strings dangling ,didn’t see one white towels while we stayed for 6 nights.

Good but hazardous bathroom!!!!!
Where to start, the stay was pretty good as well as check in pretty standard procedure, the cleanliness of the room we pretty good as well but we were told that they were going to add a extra bed but we had to ask the service 6 times for the extra bed to come in and this was done 5 hours later after we had checked in the room. The problem that i had was with the bathroom, the shower floor was so slippery as if there was a coat of oil on the floor that i slipped and landed on my back and was there lying there for more than 10 min trying to get my bearings straight, the pain that i felt during this fall was really unbearable. As soon as i gained conciosness during this whole mess, i called in to the operator and for them not to understand what had happened i had to go down and explain to the check in gate and them as well did not understand the magnitude of the problem that i had been facing, soon after i started to get upset and started to raise my voice out of frustration they realized what had happened and started to take measures, asking me if i was ok, since i was feeling ok i told them i was fine just that i needed rubber shower mats in the shower stall. Receiving the the shower mats took more than 6 hours for house keeping to give me the floor mats and when i requested 3 mats they brought me 1 by 1 within 1 hour i mean what kind of hospitality is this. I slipped and fell on their hotel bathroom, when booking this HOTEL PLEASE ASK FOR BATHROOM FLOOR MATS!!!!

Next to the BTS so it's convenient to travel everywhere. I stayed on the 12/F so could heard the live DJ downstairs in the evenings but music all stops by 11pm so it's all good.
