According to the information I have is that you emailed the hotel on 11th January, 2 weeks before arrival and the reservations team advised you that you need to request any changes from Expedia. Note that we cannot confirm any changes direct to you. They did not say that we would not amend. We would normally allow a change to a booking even if booked at a non-refundable rate as long as the number of nights is the same.I am not aware we received any further request to change. We do not currently have any water available at the front desk, so they were right in saying that in the rooms we not only provide water but also an array of juices and soft drinks in our complimentary mini-bar on arrival. But having received your comment, in the future we will have some water available when guests ask. I will also investigate what happened with the bed requests so that it does not happen in the future. Thank you for sharing the comments and already we have made some change as result.
