I hated this hotel!!!!!! Don’t go if your not Chinese. This hotel will ruin your vacation!! You can’t check in till 2:01 pm. If you try to check out the hotel, they will kick you out. The service will make you feel like a beggar. Don’t ask for help getting around the city, you are a white target. No one will communicate with you. Leaving the hotel we showed the door man a address for a hotel we were staying in before our flight. Even giving the doorman the Expedia confirmation printed paperwork he called a cab. The cab took us on the grand tour, pink cab. Then got lost. Charged us for everything including the tools that came out to 675 bhat. Bend me over!!!! Expedia won’t print this as they represent the hotel and not the customer. DON’T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEHELL.

Big room close to everything reasonable price
It’s full house on that time and the elevator was fixed. On the peak hour we were waiting for elevator around 30 min and no table for us in restaurant for B’fast

Decent hotel. Suffering from overload this visit.
I have stayed here before and was happy to return for this longer, 13-night stay. We were perfectly comfortable and slept well. Unfortunately, two of the four lifts were out of action throughout this visit - not too much of an issue usually, and I appreciate that refurbishment takes time, but the hotel was very full on many days, certainly judging from the breakfast experience. On several mornings the sheer numbers could hardly be catered for, it was difficult to find a cleared table and the coffee machines broke down on several occasions.

Awesome Gym
The main thing me and my friends loved was the gym and the jacuzzi and sauna in the shower room although slightly small but sufficient. Equipments are slightly old and creaking but it works. Room is spacious, quiet. Water in the toilet did go out on 2 occasions but they were quick to fix it. Value for money and decent gym.

Don't get me wrong - The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! But the hotel itself is deteriorating rapidly and really fast. Hotel is next to a dirty-smelly canal that stinks and foul odor to it. I was assigned room # 907 on the 9th floor, There were visible cracks in the walls and the paint was peeling off. The drapes and curtains were in bad shape - need changing or cleaning at the least. There were ants on the table where cooking kettle was sitting on. I am sure cleaners could see it but couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom was a total mess - I could see mold everywhere around the edges of shower cubicle.There was no cold water in shower tap - hence only hot water available. Was lucky that bathtub was available - used it to take shower with shower handle. Bathroom amenities were provided. I had breakfast on my last day - they have a very good selection of breakfast items. One thing I liked was that in the evening there was a lady played some Thai musical instrument in the lobby. It sounded really nice and she was pretty lady too - different . I am reporting as I saw the hotel I have no grudge against anyone at this hotel. They really need to fix things at this hotel. There car parking lot was huge so no problem parking your car. MRT subway train station is a 10 minutes walk from hotel - so that made life convenient to take train instead of driving to the city. I have doubts if I will ever stay at this hotel again - and I have been a repeated visitor to this hotel in the past.

Excellent location to underground transportation.
Next to hotel was undergoing major construction almost 24/7. Park Café was a disaster as lack of trained staff. The 2nd Floor restaurants were excellent, as a 20% discount was available during our stay.. Across from the hotel on the 3rd floor is an excellent massage operation, which also was giving a 20% discount. We have stayed here many times as when breakfast is included one can survive on two meals a day. The hotel has a strict no smoking is most areas, however, they have set aside an area adjacent which allows for smokers to relax and not bother those who do not smoke.
