"Overall Experience was not at all Good because first of all Check in was not at all smooth we have to wait for 30 Mins to get our rooms and after 30 mins i have got 1 Room and 1 room after 30 Mins and staff was not at all good and coperative and Later We have visited pool and the pool tiles were broken and we got injury as well. And Service is third class. Buttler comes after 30 Mins ice and glass comes after 30 mins and air conditioning, fridge is too old in the rooms. We have booked ultra luxury room but we are not at all satisfied as we have paid 15k approx and the room doesnt have a good views as well. The room approx cost 7.5k Max and breakfast got over 15 mins before and no hospitality nothing. I have stayed in more than 50 plus 5 star luxury properies i will never recommend you to stay here. Thanks"
