"Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and...

"Overall it was excellent but it is not good about television subscription of channels that only free channels were subscribed in hotel while it was not mentioned anywhere. It is not good for reputation of hotel and it is not duty of customers to complaint about these basic issues."
