"Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and...

"I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise. "

"Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end."
