The staff are excellent and very helpful. The only issue we had was the air conditioning stopped working most nights. So had to wake up to reset the AC.

Hotel complex is huge but no clear signs marking hotel lobby. Room was ordinary cannot complain. Room service and staff were primarily appeared untrained and lacking basic information. When called for food in room they could not comprehend idea of charging to room, instead asking for cash given order was getting placed in late night . When informed front desk they acknowledge but seems to lack control over things. Breakfast buffet was good and vegetarian only.
