Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. "First time staying at the Hotel and was pleasantly surprised with everything, whilst it is typically Italian in design/furniture it has a lovely terrace..the pool/beach area is lovely with its own bar/restaurant which has great service...the town is a ten minute walk where there are lots of nice restaurants/shops/bars...all the staff are very friendly and attentive..I can't find anything to fault! "Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner. "

"Avoid this hotel and Expedia at all costs. We paid Expedia for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not Expedia", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, Expedia may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded."
