"Our room was in what looked like a new expansion of the hotel. On the first floor everything was modern and clean.Bed was comfortable and bathroom, although small had very good lighting and decent towels. The things I didn't like about it were, the hair dryer was obviously an old one and didn't work well. Soaps provided were generic and supposed to be used for hand,hair and body. Which I didn't care for.The room was very warm even though the outside temps were in the 40's o F. The a/c did not...

"We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

"Reception asked if we wanted advice on where to eat, we declined but we only found one restaurant open as most places are closed on Mondays. Mercure has a bar but was closed. Mercure has a restaurant but was closed. The next morning we were asked if we enjoyed are stay and said yes but room was very hot. We were then told air-con will not be installed until end of 2023.
