"I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel room itself was really lovely. They even have a free pool and sauna included with the stay, alongside with bathrobes and slippers if you needed any. We never got to try it out but thought that was a really nice gesture. Another positive perk was the free travel pass around Bern. We had a car - parking was very easy and free. They also have a restaurant within the restaurant. "A nice hotel not far from the city centre however unless you are a good walker and dont mind uphill treks you will need to use the bus. Rooms very spacious and clean excellent bathrooms, breakfast good. Service ok did not receive pre booked room call on check out morning could have been a problem if I had overslept."
