Helen and I went to Paris for a romantic couple of nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary, after visiting relatives in the UK. There had been a lot of deliberating over where to stay, because we wanted it to be 'just right' so as to match the occasion.
We got it right. The hotel was perfect for our needs. the room was a great size for the 2 of us, well fitted out in a tasteful french style without being modern or over the top. The staff were very good, spoke good english and were very helpful with helping us find our way. The central location was within easy walking distance of the main sites, lovely cafe's and good restaurant's.
We will stay there again when we go back, we just won't be waiting for our 20th !!
My wife and I stayed in the "superior" size room at the hotel for 7 nights. It is located in a great location within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees street, Seine River, many great restaurants, and two metro rail locations. Hotel service was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were always willing to help with directions, gave good restaurant recommendations, and were pleasant to talk with. The continental breakfast at the hotel had a great selection of food (pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, salami, cheese) and beverages to start the day. Wifi at the hotel worked well. We would stay at this hotel and area again.
The staff were very helpful and were always smiling, there are staff at the reception 24/7. The location is very near to Franklin metro. The rooms were neat and spacious. Overall, a wonderful experience.
We have stayed at high-end hotels in Paris several times, but to really experience a Paris boutique hotel, this is it! The hotel staff is great and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would add however, the next time I book, I will make sure to ask for a room that faces the street. We did not have a great view at all, we looked over a roof-top to another building and kept our shades shut because we faced directly to an apartment and it's windows. We were not in our room that much, so it wasn't that big of a deal. We enjoyed the little sitting room off the lobby at night, especially when we would come back from our full day of tours. Even though the bar looks closed, the staff was more than happy to always get us a drink so we could relax! We will be back!
Recommended by friends and great value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Very close to Champs élysées, public transport, shopping and sightseeing, restaurants. Walking distance to Louvre and Eiffel Tower.
We booked our room last year from Australia.
When we arrived we were met with a smile easy check in and lots of help from the staff
Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was the best in terms of photo's and what your room is like
It is situated no more than 200 meters from the chams élysées , a haven away from the hustle and bustle.
It was in waking distance about 1.5 km from the Eifel Tower
Just a wonderful hotel

The hotel was superb - I would stay there again in an instant. It is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to both the Metro and RER. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large enough for two people to stay comfortably for a week.
