"Check in was good. Public areas a bit tatty and in need of updating. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds fairly comfortable and clean. Room was quiet. Bathroom was not well cleaned- floor was grubby and dirty marks on wall and bin. Cleaner hadn’t restocked coffee/ tea containers either. Shower gel bottle broken as well. :("

"The Whately Hall was a nice experience and quiet and comfortable. Although, we couldn't have a la carte food this bank holiday Sunday. Luckily, we walked to the Thai Orchid and had a lovely dinner. Breakfast can improve. The staff we nice and friendly. "
