"It was very early season when we visited, so the dining and pool facilities were limited. The staff could not have been more gracious or attentive, however. And the setting was beautiful."

"We were in Mackinac for 1 night before heading to the Island. The hotel was ok, it could use some updating but for 1 night it was fine. We thought we would grab breakfast before heading out, boy were we disappointed. Breakfast was microwaved pancakes, boiled ham, make yourself waffles, and bagels. No eggs, no fruit, no yogurt. And only one person trying to keep up with the breakfast crowd. Needless to stay we had to make a stop for breakfast before heading to the island. "

"Very friendly and knowledgeable concierge this evening. Parking was right outside of the lobby, and an elevator made it easy to reach third floor. Our room is bright, spacious, and clean. We have a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, microwave, and digital alarm clock in our room. It is going to be perfect for the night."

"The Harborview in was wonderful! A bit north of the Fort, it was nice and quiet and very relaxing. The room was cozy, warm and comfortable. The lobby hosted coffee/tea/hot water around the clock which was very appreciated as it was a chilly weekend. Breakfast was included and reminded me of Europe with all the oatmeal, petite danishes and fruit. Would definitely go back!"

"Rustic cabin on Lake Huron. Less expensive than lots of other nearby places. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Hot water is iffy, hook and eye locks only. 2 bedroom cabin with small kitchen and bathroom just feet from the lake. "
