"Unfortunalty this was hotel clsoe to customer and meetings so no choice. Carpets threadbare and stained, corridoor walls filthy. Room also had staiend worn carpets and it generally needed refurb. Sheets whilst laundered showed signs of old stains. Room door on first room woudl not work at all after multile attempts so moved to new room. Staff nice and helpful, food OK and bar OK but nothing to set world on fire. Was told by management that they have started refurb on 4th floor so...

"Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

"Place was more money than it’s worth, sorry. Our booking said free breakfast but it was an argument with the front staff to get it even though I could show it on my email. The shower bar fell off as soon as I touched it, the shower was hot but came out as a trickle. You get a bar of soap and a towel but no toilet paper. At least there was air conditioning! We didn’t bother asking for breakfast the second morning we left."

"Parking car facilities , ceiling fan facility are ok. The hotel lift was not working, no bathroom accessories like towel, soap. The mug was broken one in the bathroom. Aircon makes too much noise. Somehow managed with ceiling fan provided. Staffs are good , they have provided good support."

"I have been staying here for almost seven years. It is close to the airport and inexpensive. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and maintained. Rooms have been fixed and painted freshly sometime recently, so the room looked fresh. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c that I ordered was not possible in the room I was given, but I was given a good discount to make up for that error, and the fan kept things fine overnight. "The location is good , near to airport. Had delicious breakfast with the Indian food soft idli, Pongal , soft vada , bread, dosa, veg rice, etc. Clean and neat. Staffs are very much adaptable. "

Now for the negative: If you paid for the With Breakfast option, They don’t tell you need to take that you need to get a coupon from the front desk. Make sure to request for your breakfast coupon before going down to the restaurant. They are independent entities. If you don’t get the coupon, then you will have to pay out of pocket. Also it’s advertised that they offer laundry services but they don’t. "
