"Nice Hotel Check in was easy. Not Like Premier in which i was not allowed to check in. Room was a single room Alright for a single Nice Bathroom which was quite large for room of this size the Bathroom was clean and the shower worked and with hot water. The One thing The Toilet seat would not stay up. if this could be solved that would be good for other guests. "Stayed for 2 nights and could not fault the room and the breakfast was really good. However we decided to order a snack from the menu one evening. I ordered a sandwich, the menu stated fresh bloomer bread, brown or white, tuna, spring onion, mayonnaise and black pepper. When I received this it was 2 thin slices of 50/50 bread, no spring onion and the thinnest filling of tuna, more like spread. The charge for this was £8.00!! Definitely not worth the cost."

A nice country club hotel with plenty of character
"The hotel is quite dated which adds a lot of character to the property. The general areas are relatively clean but the room we were booked in has seen better days. There were some cobwebs near the windows and the floor was a bit dusty. We arrived almost midnight and quite tired so didn’t really do a complete check of the room. We did notice that one of the tv remotes were missing so I let the nightporter know. In the morning, breakfast was standard spread. All the hotel and restaurant staff we come across with at this property were really good and seemed to enjoy their work and makes for a very pleasant stay indeed."
