"Pros: comfortable beds and bathrooms, tasty breakfast buffet Cons: front desk staff at night not very welcoming or accommodating, room key access point was partially broken, one bedside lamp was not working Overall comfortable but unsatisfactory in key areas. Would not stay again."

"It’s a beautiful hotel and great service. The only thing that bothered me a little is having to have the hotel wristband. I understand why, but need to figure out a better system. Go out of into town and everyone knows where U’re staying. Also, they give you 1 set of 2 card keys. 1 for elevator and 1 for room. If you have a partner, always have to go with them to get to from Or access to pool"

"They need to get one kind of deal with cabs or taxis in order to go and visit places around the resort, like the towns or villages. The transportation around the resort is expensive and we can’t spend to much money for going around the resort."

"The location is great with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops and events. The hotel itself is great but needs a bit of renovation to make it more modern and plumbing needs to be improved as the toilet easily clogs up. But overall it was a great stay."
