"AC and fan did not work Finally got a room changed after five days and we were leaving on our seventh day. Multiple maintenance people came to our room and said they will be back and never came back to fix the fan This one on for five days we wasted a lot of time going back-and-forth to the service stack and got nowhere I would not recommend this resort"

"I loved the area and everything inside the hotel, the staff were very convenient and took care of me right away. The only problem was the watered drinks and the flies in the food from time to time. I loved the water they provided had no other taste but tasty and refreshing. They didn’t clean my room unless I told them and all of my things were safe even when I left my purse to go for a swim in the pool. Loved everything."
