This resort is "ok"... Having been to Cancun many times and this being our first time to Punta Cana I have to say most of the resort employees were not very welcoming or friendly which was disappointing. There were a few exceptions. We have decided to not visit Punta Cana again. All our vacations to Cancun have been amazing so we will stay with Cancun going forward. We did give Punta Cana a try but never again.

I went with my mother and son. My son has peanut allergy, so I wasn’t sure how that was going to play out in terms of food safety for him. However upon my arrival I explained the guest services my son’s condition. They right away handed me a card that explained that his condition. During meal time I showed the card to the manager of restaurant I was at and they helped with the food option he had form the menu or buffet. This was extremely helpful and made our trip very stress free. I am so glad I chose Majestic resort for my trip and I hope to do so in the future. Thank you to restaurant managers, chef at the buffet restaurant and services for their attention to detail and going above and beyond with respect to my son’s food allergy!!!!
