"The property is your typical Victorian BnB and only a block back from the Promenade. The staff were very polite and attentive and the included breakfast was good. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, although as is typical for buildings this old the walls and ceilings are pretty thin. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. The hotel is conveniently located for several pubs and restaurants as well as the promenade, beach, electric railway, and horse trams. It's not too far from the ferry terminal, and we made it just fine by walking. Would recommend staying here."
