"This is by far the best hotel in town. Beautiful pool with seating friendly staff amazing breakfast options. Our room was large and bright with a balcony and a large bathroom. The pastries and compotes/jams were all made in-house . They take great care to explain what to do in the area beside the monasteries. We'd love to come back with our family and maybe spend a week ."

"This hotel has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The room is on the small side but everything worked. No USB ports. Bathroom shower glass is small so it’s easy to get the bathroom floor quite wet. There is no toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the toilet tank which got a bit wet. Free parking across the street. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is inexpensive and very ordinary. "

"The location was great-we were able to start our hikes to the monasteries right from the hotel without dealing with parking nightmares. Check in was not done in person. You needed to follow instructions from the owner to put code in to get a key. Was a bit complicated especially since we arrived when it was getting dark. "Super unique hotel, tucked into a very active mountain town. The roads all around are tiny and winding mountain village size. Hard to find and hard to drive/park, but that really adds to the experience of this unique and wonderful location. Inside the hotel is very modern, well built, clean. Staff very helpful, pulled the car out onto the street for us. Certainly would have helped us find and park if we had called ahead. "

"We stayed here for two nights while visiting Meteora. The place is lovely. We had a room in the basement with a private bathroom. That is a must for us, and some rooms have shared bathrooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great. The only downside was that the window looked out into the backyard from the basement. That made the room seem a little smaller. But overall it didn’t really matter much. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate dinner one evening on the lawn, and that was very nice as well. There is limited parking on the street near the hotel. One evening we had to park about 100 yards away, but there isn’t much they can do about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again if we come back. "
