We found this guesthouse to be comfortable and clean. It is not modern but has everything you need for an active few days in Meteora. We found the owner to be very helpful to all our enquires. The breakfast was generous. You could eat at the guesthouse in the evening, however there are many cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. An enjoyable stay.

Guesthouse Lithos is a welcoming, helpful & friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our room had a large balcony looking out towards the stunning Meteora. The room itself was very comfortable, a nice roomy double, with everything we needed. The guesthouse was located close to the village square, a geological museum and plenty of other dining options. A taxi was also close by. While we were there it was very hot, but in cooler temperatures it would be very easy to access hiking paths. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We paid for our breakfast which was very generous and definitely worth the money. We highly recommend staying at Guesthouse Lithos.

Comfortable room, great location for hiking

The proprietor was very helpful and the service was great. The view from our room was awesome. We had a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice for the price. Breakfast was served to us, rather than being a buffet, but was substantial and prepared us well for hiking. The location was great too, as we could hike straight from the hotel to the monasteries.

Lovely stay

A fantastic stay with loads of charm and good local food. Very warm reception, and you almost feel like family. Good value and very nice room with wonderful view of the fantastic mountains from our balcony. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hospitality, eating in the cosy restaurant among locals, plenty of wellprepared food at very reasonable prices. Warmly recommended.

Great location. Beautiful views from the rooms & several restaurants in walking distance Very quiet. You have to inform them the night prior if you want to eat. Bed was quite hard even by European standards. Pillows were also minimal. Overall it’s inexpensive.

Best option to visit Meteora

Guesthouse lithos is located in the best location to visit Meteora. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfy plus the exceptional view from the balcony. Natalie prepared us an amazing breakfast that we enjoyed sitting on the sun in the hotel porch. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
