"Our toilet would not flush. They had to have someone show us how to do it. It has a handle. You flush it, but it didn’t work. The person showed us to pump it until it flushed. That was at least 5 times. I think they could afford to fix a toilet, and it should be a priority. I’m surprised they would rent a room that doesn’t. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff and service was very friendly and helpful."

"Stay was fine here. Hotel could do with a lick of paint and some modernising of the furniture. Positives: shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of carparking. Negatives: bit dated. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so not amazing. It's a bit of a way out from anything, we caught the train into Glasgow town centre, about 15 minute walk to station. All in all, stay wasn't bad. It was OK. "

"The front desk team Specially Max was so humble,nice and very helpful person. Room was clean but i dont like the twin bed size.it was so high. Max was a gem person, always ready to help even gave us a direction to the best spot in a city. Staff even call a taxi early in the morning for airport and packed some snaks for me as well. I will definitely recommend thus hotel, near to the Grassmarket too."
