Finding the car park was an absolute nightmare. Had to call the reception 4 times, when I eventually found it I couldn’t get my car with roof rack under the extremely low barrier. After about 15 minutes I eventually found the bus drop off zone where I was advised to park. Myself and 2 young kids then got soaked getting to the ground floor entrance. The staff were really good though, so was the room.
