"I was very happy with my stay. I was here for a run. I had a nice meal which was needed. I was particularly impressed at guest laundry at no extra cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a small extension to my check out time and this was not a problem. This was extremely helpful as it enabled me to change after my run. I would definitely stay here again"

"Lovely hotel, only thing that let it down was the very squeaky floor boards which meant I was woke up quite a few times during the night and then at 5.30am when someone wasn’t too considerate and was banging about in the hallway. "Stayed for 2 nights and could not fault the room and the breakfast was really good. However we decided to order a snack from the menu one evening. I ordered a sandwich, the menu stated fresh bloomer bread, brown or white, tuna, spring onion, mayonnaise and black pepper. When I received this it was 2 thin slices of 50/50 bread, no spring onion and the thinnest filling of tuna, more like spread. The charge for this was £8.00!! Definitely not worth the cost."
