"The hotel was very good. Sister hitel of Phoenix Hotel, 4 doors down. Reception/breakfast area which used there are very nice. Great location being only 10pm or so from Bayswater shops, eateries. Just one thing, place had no lift. I on 3rd floor."

Had great rate for (as expected) tiny room up many many stairs (no lift, which I was aware of and had no problem with, but could be an issue for others). Was great value for the cost for me, I've stayed in a few other properties in the area (Sussex Garden near Paddington), this one was one of the better ones. "
