Staff was very helpful. You might want to hire a couple more staff to work the kitchen in the evening. They were great but were a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests to wait on. I give them credit for being so nice under the pressure.

The room was fine. Wish there was a chair or 2 on the balcony. The staff was ok. I was disappointed however when we didn't receive our breakfast vouchers right away and they had no parking passes at the desk. The pool area was not nice. A lot of broken furniture and bird dropping on most chairs. ...

excellent staff very kind! beach is more than 100 yards away and no dresser drawers or hooks for wet swim suits or towels in the rooms. the pool area is beautiful and very well kept
