"The rooms were very dirty, the pools weren't cleaned, and there weren't enough elevators for all the people. The whole building was very hot; there was no air conditioning anywhere in the building except in the rooms."

"Everything was just about perfect. They only thing that was off was how the staff didn’t seem to be too friendly. Don’t get me wrong they didn’t do anything wrong and were very efficient but were not friendly, which left things feeling a bit off. Other than that, excellent property."
