Staff was top notch throughout the property. From the check in counter to the restaurants to the casino employees. Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and you must eat at the sushi restaurant and the Edge steakhouse was 5 star. Service was incredible there.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Clean and pleasant hotel to stay at. Only gripes were lack of food / room service round the clock, especially given the remote location. So had to resort to ordering uber eats. There is no shuttle bus options and its not safe to walk at night, so you always need a taxi if you are returning late. The hotel is well lit and clean however, with very spacious rooms, so cant complain about that. There is no smoking / gaming at this hotel, so it has a really nice quiet atmosphere to retreat to. I just think there should be more facilities for 24/7 food and shuttle service.

Upgraded to Crockford room with complementary valet parking.

Room was gorgeous, staff could not have been nicer and it was the perfect length cation for the shows we were seeing at the Sphere.
