Besides being in Paradise, the staff at the resort was the absolute best! Every encounter with a a staff person was the same. Kind, friendly and genuinely caring.

The rooms were clean, and the beach view was beautiful. However, having the microwave on the second floor was inconvenient at times. The outlets in the room also barely worked, which was frustrating. Overall, my husband and I still had a great stay because we planned our days ahead, but I don’t think I would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Puerto Rico. I hardly seen hotel staff for the 4 days we stayed.
