The Brecks Waterpark Holidays

I received a complimentary upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are nicely appointed. The staff are very attentive and polite, showing a great mix of warmth and professionalism. The only downside to the room that I was allocated was the slight damp smell which emanated from where the shower obviously leaked slightly over a period of time and had discoloured the wood of the door frame to the bathroom. The hotel is located perfectly for two different train stations, lots of convenience stores and quite a few different places to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Air conditioning was inadequate in our room but we were moved to another room. Everything else was great.

Great staff, great location

Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.

The property is handy to everything like transport, shops etc. Staff are also welcoming and extremely helpful.

Wonderful stay. I’ll be going back.

Great staff, great location

Very nice selection of coffees and teas, along with gift on first night which was a pleasant surprise.
