Lisbon City Center3 nights5.0 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (1,005 reviews)"A very good hotel with comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and great amenities, including a gym. It's a larger property, so you get the comfort and consistency you'd expect from an established hotel brand. The team was welcoming, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay. My only reservation is the location. The hotel is right on the edge of the area where most visitors will want to spend their time. During the day, it's a great base for exploring, and you can easily walk into the main..."Reviewed November 8, 2026Return • London (LHR) - Lisbon (LIS)LHR - LIS • Direct LIS - LHR • Direct₹86,624₹60,871found 1 day agoper traveller - The Emerald House Lisbon, Curio Collection By Hilton

We looked at several alternatives when booking and were really pleased with this as our final choice. All the staff were very professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. We had one of the top floor rooms and were more than happy with the room size for the cost and it was quiet despite being near the lifts. . The bed and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others."Reviewed November 8, 2026Return • London (LHR) - Lisbon (LIS)LHR - LIS • Direct LIS - LHR • Direct₹70,063₹51,637found 1 day agoper traveller - Eurostars Universal Lisboa

We could even watch the sunrise right from our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. One nice touch was when the front desk lady offered me a carton of juice when I mentioned I didn't want the sparkling wine included with our stay. The terrace also offers fantastic views and is definitely worth visiting. We only experienced a wait for the..."Reviewed November 8, 2026Return • London (LHR) - Lisbon (LIS)LHR - LIS • Direct LIS - LHR • Direct₹58,541₹44,909found 1 day agoper traveller

"The restaurant is very good. The breakfast is lovely, offering homemade and local produce. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but the indoors in perfect."
"Staff was great. Thank you to the gentleman at réception who pointed is to a less hairy way out of Piodao through Vendas da Galizes. We are so grateful. Property is mice and clean but needs a little work here and there. Buffet restaurant is OK."
Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela Hotel
Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela Hotel"Hotel is beautifully situated. Great view from our room! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant à la carte meals were excellent and one evening buffet was fairly good as well. Breakfasts were great. One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."
"C’était correct pour une nuit"
"The room was very clean, modern with perfect air conditioning. There was a mini fridge where I kept yogurt and fruit. The lobby had snacks,a coffee machine with many choices and frozen meals which could be warmed up in the microwave downstairs. The included breakfast was out of this world. I will be returning and highly recommend this hotel."
"Excelente hotel. Clean, spacious room. Excelente restaurant dinner food . Excelente breakfast. Good parking lot. Recommended."
