Staff is incredible! Beautiful hotel located in a prime, downtown area!

Clean, modern, upscale, great staff. Overall great property and will def be back. It’s my 3rd time already.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is very basic, but clean. Disliked the shampoo and body wash, smell like Swedish bitter 🤔

This property is excellent We loved this hotel The location is perfect for shopping and dining right in the heart of Rome The Spanish steps are just up the street The staff was great, very helpful and polite! I will book this hotel again on my next visit to Rome!

There was a very loud family on our floor. Throughout the mornings, evenings and nights (well past midnight), there was constant screaming in the hallway and constant slamming of doors as the children ran between rooms. The TV/music volume was very high in the hallway, this didnt impact our room but I could see it very much impacting adjacent rooms. We did call the front desk and the staff was great in taking our concerns, they also did attempt to mitigate this, with limited success. Understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but it did significantly impact our experience. Outside of this complication, we would have given it a 4+ overall.

It’s in a great location!

Great location near the Empire State Building and lots of great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere. Staff at front desk seemed alittle unorganized so check in took way longer then it should have. But other than that the stay was great!

Very clean property, European standard clean. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.
