"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. If you travel with people with disabilities, one thing to consider that there are no elevators there. Otherwise, great experience overall. Highly recommend. "
