Great location close to Westfields, 3 min walk to underground. Great connections to central London. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Staff all very friendly and welcoming.

Room and bathroom clean, showing slight wear and not the most modern in tech or amenities. Staff were polite although not especially enthusiastic. Note from cleaner was very sweet - thank you! Free water in fridge was a bonus.

Fantastic staff, amazing room view and location

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. There’s some nice shops nearby. Formative coffee makes a great flat white. The rooms were in very good condition, the staff was incredibly attentive and my room was very quiet. I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms and the hotel is away from traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Lovely clean and comfy bed. Repair to towel rail carried out immediately. Quiet setting despite the nearness of roads. Staff on the premises very good. Bar staff and breakfast staff excellent. Booking was diabolical. AI was rubbish.

I stayed here for several nights while exploring London and taking day trips to Cambridge and Windsor as part of an Expedia package that included my flight at a reasonable price. The concierge staff were efficient and friendly, and housekeeping serviced the room each day. One thing I noticed was that the window was left open each evening when I returned to the room, which I didn't realize until I heard some outside noise. The room was clean and fairly spacious. There were plenty of USB-A outlets available for charging devices, both at the work desk and beside the bed. The bed was mostly comfortable, though I still had a bit of trouble adjusting to the time difference. The TV had several channels but no streaming options. The bathroom is located right by the entrance, so if someone is using it while another person needs to leave the room, it may feel a bit awkward. A safe was available in the closet next to the sink. Temperature control was easy to adjust, and the room included all the basic amenities. A small refrigerator kept drinks cool. Breakfast on the first floor was included and offered plenty of options, so it was easy to start the morning well. The dining hall can become crowded later in the morning, but seating was generally available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay.
