Bar staff and entertainment staff always friendly. But I’m never given my free room upgrade. They always put me in location furthest from center of property. It wouldn’t even be an upgrade. When I ask about it they always say well this is the room we have for you. We’ve been multiple times in the past 3 years. Very disappointed

Resort was clean, not too big so you can walk around. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy, food and drinks were okay. We had a good time over all .. just a bit disappointed with the food and beverages. We got a swim up-room, we loved our room location and i got a mini cake since i went to celebrate my birthday.

The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

The smell from the beach due to rotting sea weed was horrible. I would have never book here if i would have known!
