Cancun South Ski Holidays

Beautiful property my room was convenient to everything. The omelette lady was excellent. At the breakfast room in the adults only dining. Drinks were excellent all the bartenders made a great White Russian. Now the bed is a little hard. Shower didn’t have hot or warm water. The grill by the pool adults area didn’t replenish food often. The lady wasn’t approachable so we went to royal grill. Dinner was okay. Parasailing is right on our beach. Volleyball in the pool was FUN Water aerobics was fun as well. Pizza was good.

This resort and country will forever have a piece of my heart. Everybody was so welcoming, humble, and attentive. Our group of 9 was ALWAYS accommodated and celebrated. We became the group from Boston and the staff knew exactly who we all were. We were taken care of by everyone, but especially by Paloma, Alberto, Charlie Brown, and Maria. We are eternally grateful for the experience we had here. The drinks were always flowing and the vibes were always positive. They made this stay an unforgettable one. Thank you to every single one of you for making this trip great! We recommend this resort to everyone if you want luxury with a huge side of kindness and humility. Reservations for restaurants was misleading and difficult. Should be able to make reservations through your room tv. Plus you really didn’t need reservations except for 1 of the restaurants and they advertise you need to for 3 of the restaurants. The misleading of such caused me not to be able to experience a few of the restaurants

Food was good but not great. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Pool was amazing, air conditioning in the room was good. Seaweed smell was unpleasant, but not on the resort. Tons of stuff to do for everyone.

I went with a friend and her kids. Our kids had an amazing time. The staff was amazing. The property is fun. The beach not so much a lot of seaweed but doable.

We loved the property. Room was amazing. We loved Cancún. Love secrets. Very disappointed in the restaurant choices. And the lack of choices to eat lunch near the pool.
