West London Ski Holidays

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

Le meilleur buffet déjeuner que j’ai vu. Un choix de nourriture variée et excellent. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Le lit très confortable et les commodités de la salle de bain vraiment très bien. De plus aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des autres chambres ne nous a dérangé. L’emplacement est excellent à 5 minutes de marche de la station Victoria où on peut prendre le train ou le métro. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Excellent location in Earl’s Court, very close to the London Underground as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful! Room was lovely, very clean.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Vintry & Mercer celebrating my 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. The hotel is beautifully appointed and perfectly located in a quiet yet central part of London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade and complimentary champagne, which we enjoyed on the beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views across the city. Our room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best we’ve experienced in any hotel. A special mention to Ali on Reception, whose warmth, professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Ali is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a special stay in London.

I love this place. Perfect location,incredibly helpful staff and having a kitchen is priceless.
