From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded our expectations. It delivers the upscale, luxurious experience you hope for in Las Vegas, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality throughout the property. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the start. Roseabella from housekeeping especially deserves recognition. After we initially declined service, our needs changed and she graciously accommodated us with a beautiful smile, positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. Our in-room dining experience was equally impressive. The food arrived ahead of the quoted time, and the gentleman who delivered it provided true fine-dining service, setting everything up and even placing our napkins on our laps. The wok-fried rice, club sandwich, and lemonade were delicious! The casino was clean and inviting without being overwhelmingly noisy. Upstairs, the hotel was incredibly peaceful, and we heard virtually no hallway or neighboring-room noise. I also appreciated the added security of checking room keys before allowing access to the hotel elevators. Our room had a beautiful view of the Strip, Sphere, and pool area, and the stunning rose displays at the entrance made an unforgettable first impression.
