Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Very convenient location and close to old town. Mrs Ann and Ding Dong were especially personable and nice. Definitely will stay again when I’m back at Hanoi. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic experience staying here!
The room was spacious, clean, and airy, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and professional.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste.
One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!
