Nice hotel in a great location (very center of London). Near two tube stations, plus the Uber Boats, and walking distance to a ton of sights. Great, helpful staff. The rooms were nice.

Nice hotel corteous staff, ok breakfast room okay not great small bath.I think it's overpriced I do not consider this a four star hotel at all nothing luxurious about it bur it's a strong 4. Dissapointed that the roof bar was closed never was alerted when I booked
