The hotel staff was not very friendly during check-in. Also, at check-in, several people were waiting in line at the front desk, but many guests seemed confused about whether they should use the self check-in machines or speak directly with the front desk staff. Some guests, including a few from a Chinese tour group, skipped the line and went ahead of me, which was quite uncomfortable. Your staff was nothing to say for them. I would strongly encourage the hotel to improve the check-in process to make it clearer and more organized for all guests.

Really friendly and helpful staff, allowed us luggage storage as we arrived and as we checked out. Bathroom products are excellent! Super clean and modern and so close to all shops - great location! Famous ramen restaurant across the road!

We reserved this beautiful hotel very last minute to escape the noise of Shinjuku.
It felt authentic and peaceful.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the relaxing amenities were a major plus. Would highly recommend for couples 35+ looking for a quieter stay in Tokyo.
