Excellent hotel in a very convenient location

Beautiful common areas and excellent service but the rooms were outdated and not what you would expect from 5 Star experience.

Clean room and generously sized room. Excellent staff. Close to train station, dining, and entertainment options

The accommodations were decent, especially considering the general size for hotel rooms in Tokyo; it was spacious in comparison. However, I underestimated how small the shower stall would be. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, but I noticed a lot of dust would accumulate on the furniture. Such as the faucet, toilet roll holder, table, nightstand, etc. I'm assuming it's because of the fabric like walls? Overall, it was just okay. The real downside was not on the fault of the hotel itself, I should of done more research, but I did not like the general area we were in.

Beautiful gardens & foyer. Very helpful staff. Rooms are simple but adequate. Shower is nice & hot but bed is ok- hard mattress & down pillows that disappear into nothing leaving no neck support. Quilt is too heavy with no single sheet as an option.
