The Master 2 Bedroom Suite was amazing. Huge rooms overlooking the water with a sunset view. Amazing.

The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars.

My stay at GR Solaris Caribe was truly an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, I was at room 2558, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was amazing. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the drinks and snacks were available throughout the day and always fresh. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality and nightlife. The entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun and lively environment every night. There was always something exciting happening, and the energy of the resort was wonderful. Thank you to everyone at GR Solaris Caribe for making my trip so memorable. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun and would love to come back again in the future!

Overall my experience was positive, good food, great atmosphere and overall good amenities. This was our second visit as we had a similar experience in June. We will definitely be going back down with friends next October for Halloween. A huge shout out to Bianca and Romeo who consistently greeted and checked in on us. One complaint is the front desk, the staff need better training in customer service.

The Good:The resort and rooms are absolutely stunning with a true 5-star aesthetic. The property is visually beautiful and well-maintained. The Not-So-Good: Kid-Friendliness: A huge miss for parents. Pool service (food/drinks) doesn’t start until 11:00 AM. We were there by 9:00 AM, and by the time food arrived, the kids were hangry. Even towels and water are DIY until 11:00 AM. Dining: Food quality was "meh" at best. On the all-inclusive plan, drinks were watered down, though tipping generously helped. Arrival Logistics: Check-in was slow and frustrating; staff seemed indifferent to restless kids after a long flight. Transfers: The paid "private" airport transfer was disappointing. It functioned like a shuttle rather than an assigned driver, leading to more unnecessary waiting. Verdict: Beautiful resort, but the service logistics and rigid hours made it difficult for families with young children

Very Enjoyable, Thanks to Jonathan, Elian, Ethan, and Brandon and the girls from entertainment arts made it so much fun to stay at Atelier!!!
