"This was our 3rd visit to Holly Tree. The room and facilities were spotless.
We have always been impressed by the high standard of the bathroom fittings and separate bath and shower.
Staff were helpful ,courteous and attentive.Food again was excellent and most enjoyable i.e.dinner ,especially enhanced by the wonderful view of the loch. Breakfast was good though fresh fruit was limited-- a minor detail !!

"Staff was kind and friendly. Our room was not clean, the sheets were stained and it was a very dark, dingy room with a view of a parking alley and no water. There was absolutely no parking. Rather than telling us they offered valet they had us drive around looking for parking (there is none that’s not max 2hrs that we could find). When we returned unsuccessful we saw a sign for valet and asked about that and were then offered valet parking for $25/night which we chose to do. That basically meant...
