We had a reservation for four days, but they told us that we have to change a room in day 2 because of a mistake in booking. They offered us on the spot to totally refund us if we did not agree. However, we had to agree because it was impossible to find another hotel on the same day it’s gonna be very uncomfortable. They give us a slight upgrade with a smaller room, but with a better view. The whole experience was unpleasant with the reception because they did not show a sign of empathy or they are making a mistake. They would rather made us feel that we should be thankful that we are giving you another room with a view although the room is much smaller. In general, the hotel is good but as many hotels in Paris, their rooms are small

Breakfast was basic, but it was ok. The beds were a little harder than I like, but clean. Rooms were cleaned daily to the highest standards. This was the best part of our stay. Toiletries were basic, but we thankfully brought our own. Quiet, safe area with easy access to restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay. Enrique (Night Manager) added to our stay - he was super helpful, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Location is Amazon and breakfast to bed was a plus. The breakfast room was little small but sufficient. Will definitely come back

The staff here were warm and welcoming! They allowed us to check into our room very early, which was very kind. The location was great, walkable area with tons of things to see and do around. The room was basic but all we needed, we liked the towel warmer in the bathroom and the separate toilet area. It was clean and a great option for those looking for a budget hotel in a good area. Would stay again.

Did not have breakfast so I couldn't judge that. However teh bar area had no life. If you could find a bar tender you could get a drink, but since there was hardly anyone there the bar was abandoned. Supposed to be open until 11, but one night at 10 the reception guy said" He went home!". We had a great room, in a fairly central area to lots of things in Paris, but I would not stay here next time. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay the place is nice. We were looking for a bit of activity and maybe some interaction.

The Castile is in a good location for walking Paris and exploring local gems. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is good. The room was comfortable and we felt spoiled with all the special touches.

This hotel was great - rooms were a great size. We had 2 rooms for a lot of people in our party, a one bedroom suite and a room for 2 more people - form Europe we couldn’t complain about the space. We also were accommodated half way through the trip to a handicap room because the shower was so high to step into. (Note European shower tubs are very high). The front desk was great at check in. The hotel staff was wonderful. The one thing I think should be considered is to have a better breakfast for the quality of the hotel and price. There are a ton of cafes near by and everything is open early and very late. The walk to the Eiffel Tower is 5 minutes to see it and the Arc de Triomphe is 20 minutes. All in all this was a great stay and great hotel. The train was steps away and easy to navigate.

Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel.
