During our recent trip to Dubai for my son's birthday, we had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say was the best hotel we've ever experienced. Our week-long stay, spanning seven days, was nothing short of exceptional, thanks largely to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The staff treated us with remarkable kindness, ensuring that we felt valued and welcomed throughout our entire stay. Every interaction was marked by a genuine smile and a willingness to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel went above and beyond to provide us with a true five-star treatment—whether it was at check-in, during our meals, or when we requested assistance with our plans in the city. Each staff member, from the reception to the housekeeping team, was attentive and eager to meet our needs, creating a friendly and respectful environment that we appreciated immensely. This was not just a hotel stay; it felt like a home away from home. The thoughtfulness of the staff contributed significantly to making my son's birthday celebration memorable and special. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Dubai and will definitely be returning to this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable experience with unparalleled service.

This hotel is beginning to show it's age, and whilst it is still very good I felt it has waned from the previous time I stayed (last year). It's still an excellent hotel - I like it because it's quiet, big, sporty and wide open. It's also on the beach so it's breezy which is great during the hot months. Sadly, the room upgrade was pointless. BUT! The team at the Italian restaurant on the rooftop are FABULOUS. Really, the service at that hotel is second-to-none. The price should be reduced to reflect the age of the hotel.

It was fun. The roof top was pumping with indian music all night lights and pool. If u don't like noise maybe not for u. But the place was beautiful and nice
