The location was exceptional. It was Close to most attractions and tube stations. The biggest disappointment was pulling back the bedding to see yellowish stains on the sheets. They were also on the pillowcases and mattress protector
I mentioned to the front desk and they were going to have housekeeping change. When we came back, the bed was made but still stained bedding. Also, the towels were not soft and looked dingy.

excellent welcome and shown to my room (it was a late check in) Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. staff wee all very friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my case until i was travelling later in the day
