Loved the location. Easy to walk to down town for restaurants and sites. Parking was very convenient.
Rooms were clean. Loved the bathroom, roomy and beautiful. Bedrooms had adequate space but bed was a bit firm for some but others were ok with them. Breakfast was wonderful. Front desk ladies were so helpful with anything we needed. Gave great information and discounts for Mt Pilatus.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Lucerne. Excellent location on lake Lucerne with breath takin views of lake and mountains. Walkable distance to all main attractions.
We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city.
Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy.
In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked breakfast. They had a tasty verity of bar food and you can also order from the menu. everything we tried was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter at breakfast was extremely professional and friendly. He made us fell that we knew him for a long time. Each morning we had a nice conversation with him and he gave us a good boost for the entire day. He gave us nice and very useful recommendation and suggestion.
The stuff at front desk of the hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed our stay and when we decide to come back to Lucerne we defiantly will stay again in this paradise made by Grand Hotel National Lucerne.
Thank you for such a beautiful and comfortable stay.
