"This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need. "

The beds were a bit too soft and sinking in the middle for my liking but once I informed them about this on the first day, they immediately replaced my mattress, so the customer service was top-notch."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Schlüssel! The staff was incredible and made us feel like family. We appreciated that we were just enough off the beaten path in a beautiful courtyard with a church dating back to 1270! It was quintessential and relaxing. The train station was less than a 10-minute walk, making it perfect for exploring Suisse. They also had an amazing restaurant, and we ended up eating there all three nights. "Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view. "
